Dental students join protest to highlight accreditation issues

 Dental students in the university of Jos have also joined in on the protest at the university  gates.



While the original protest was aimed at raising awareness about inadequate medical facilities and social amenities in the institution, the dental students also saw this as an oppurtunity to voice their concerns about the non-accreditation of their department.



Chanting slogans and holding up signs, the students expressed their frustration and called for urgent action from the university administration to address these issues.

S.U.G Inaugural Program: Unijos Students Should Be Priority, - V.C.

Sambo Peter officially assumed office as the new president of the University of Jos Students' Union Government (SUG), following his victory in the recently concluded elections. The inauguration ceremony, held at the Social Science Faculty Hall, Naraguta Campus, saw Peter and other elected executives sworn into office amidst distinguished guests including the Vice-Chancellor, the Dean of Students Affairs, ASUU chairman for UNIJOS chapter, representatives from the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) UNIJOS Zone C chapter, lecturers, members of the parliament, and other dignitaries.
